Position Summary:
Our Sales & Service teams serve as the front line between the organization and our fans. Our job is to be able to speak directly with our fans, listen to their feedback and provide them with world class service while also cognizant of upsell opportunities. In sales, we live by the philosophy that we are never sold out! We currently operate with a true hybrid model – our team is trained to both sell and service our clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Come with a positive attitude and be ready to work!
  • Selling group tickets and season ticket memberships for the 26-27 season
  • Assist in fulfillment of group tickets and earned incentives.
  • Assist in executing member events.
  • Provide support for implementation, distribution and reporting of FEVO offers.
  • Provide support and ideas for streamlining tech stack processes – make us better!

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to work well within a team environment, yet comfortable completing tasks independently.
    • Self-starter with the ability to follow direction and carry out a task from start to finish.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present and communicate new ideas and concepts.
    • Extremely organized and detail oriented, resourceful, quick learner and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • A high degree of personal integrity and consistently put the interests of the organization first.

    Compensation & Perks:

    • In accordance with Washington’s Equal Pay and Opportunity Act, the pay range for the position is $21.50-$22.50/hr. Actual base pay will depend on the employee’s experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

    Working Conditions:

    • This role is based on-site in our Seattle office and requires work to be performed in person. However, we do value flexibility as the business will allow, and offer occasional opportunities to work from home.
    • This role will work approximately 20-30 hours per week. Hours may fluctuate based on school schedule, work assigned, etc.
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights and holidays required.
    • Frequent bending, lifting 15-20 pounds, sitting, exposure to multiple external elements, extensive walking through the building including inclines and stairs.
    • Must have transportation to and from events.
