Sales & Revenue Internship Program - Summer (College Credit)
The Staten Island FerryHawks, members of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball and a Partner League of Major League Baseball, are seeking enthusiastic and motivated college students to join our Summer Sales & Revenue Internship Program for academic credit.
This hands-on internship is designed for students looking to launch a career in sports business and gain real-world experience in professional ticket sales. Interns will work closely with the FerryHawks’ sales and leadership teams, assisting with the sale of Season Tickets, Group Outings, and Premium Seating while learning the full sales cycle in a professional sports environment.
This internship is unpaid and eligible for college credit. Approval from the intern’s academic institution is required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the sale of Season Tickets, Group Tickets, and Premium Seating through outbound phone calls and digital outreach.
- Develop and qualify sales leads through cold calling, social selling, and follow-up communication.
- Participate in all stages of the sales process, from lead generation through closing support.
- Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to improve sales skills through coaching and feedback.
- Assist with game-day operations, special events, and promotions at SIUH Community Park.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and prospect interactions using CRM tools.
Qualifications / Skills
- Currently enrolled in a college or university and eligible to receive academic credit.
- Preferred majors include sports management, business administration, marketing, sales, or related fields.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in professional sports.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable engaging with new prospects.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work in person during weekday business hours, with flexibility for games and events.

- Location: In-person at SIUH Community Park, Staten Island, NY
- Compensation: Unpaid; academic credit required
