This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about high-performance sport, eager to learn across multiple disciplines, and willing to take initiative on both large and small tasks.

  • Help manage daily athlete flow for strength, rehab, nutrition, and recovery sessions to ensure efficiency and urgency.
  • Transport Cleveland Browns and Free Agent Players to physician appointments and physical examinations.

Performance Data & Technology

  • Assist with the setup, calibration, and maintenance of performance technology (GPS units, force plates and other strength monitoring tools).
  • Help distribute, collect, and organize athlete tracking devices before and after practices.
  • Support staff with basic data entry, labeling, organization, and quality checks under supervision.
  • Document daily attendance, testing results, or session observations as directed by sport science staff.

Nutrition & Recovery Support

  • Help prepare and distribute pre- and post-training snacks, shakes, electrolytes, and supplements (as directed by nutrition staff).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of nutrition stations, fridges, and storage areas.
  • Assist with recovery modalities setup (Normatec stations, Regeneration modalities, cold tubs, soft tissue tools).

Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation Support

  • Assist with field setup for practice (injury tents, medical carts, emergency supplies, hydration).
  • Restock treatment rooms, taping stations, and bracing/supply areas daily.
  • Observe rehabilitation sessions when appropriate and assist with non-clinical tasks that support workflow.
  • Transport free agents to physical examinations.

General Department Operations

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization across all performance facilities.
  • Support logistical needs around meetings, team travel preparation, equipment transport, and scheduling communication.
  • Contribute to a collaborative department culture by being proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated interest in sports performance, sports medicine, sport science, or athlete development.
  • Strong work ethic, willingness to take initiative, and comfort doing detail-oriented operational tasks.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, communicate effectively, and work within a fast-paced professional team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Term & Compensation:

  • Term: Spring 2026 (Negotiable) through end of 2026-2027 Season.
  • Compensation: $15.00 Hourly Rate

What We're Looking For:
