- Current student in a junior college / college / university with at least a 2.75 overall GPA and a 3.0 major GPA with a declared major.
- Full commitment for the entirety of the season (May through September–depending on your class schedule)

ADDITIONAL NEED TO KNOWS
- Official Start Date: Early May 2026
- Official End Date: Mid September 2026
- Internships can be done for college credit. No housing is provided.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the ballpark
- All internships are paid position

Duties/Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
Game Day — Pre-game
- Pre-game meeting with Director of Fan Engagement to review game day duties, responsibilities and goals for the home game
- Prepare posts for in game social media posts that are approved by Director of Fan Engagement
- Obtain videos and photos of all pre-game, in-game, and post-game activity regarding the team.
- Shoot, edit, and produce batting practice content and player interview content (including but not limited to, hype videos, featurettes, etc)
- Assist with helping create videoboard graphics and operating the on-field cameras on a needed basis
Game Day — In-Game
- Obtain videos and photos of all in-game and on-field promotions along with crowd/stadium pieces
- Actively post on the team’s Instagram story plus other channels for our followers
- Assist with on-field interviews or gathering players for interview opportunities
- Help answer fan questions if necessary
- Implementation and execution of the promotions and marketing plan for each home game
- Capture the atmosphere of Monarchs game day by getting creative behind the camera
- Follow the occasional shot sheet as directed by the marketing team to ensure all areas have been captured
- Help with operating on-field cameras if needed
- When the team is on the road, must be available to provide score updates on various social media outlets
Game Day — Post-Game
- Post-game staff wrap up meeting to review current game performance and analyze ways to enhance our overall fan experience for future games
- Coordinate, implement and execute post-game promotional events
- Help with player interviews on the field
- Prepare posts/graphics for final score updates and upcoming videoboard needs
Non Game Days
- Plan and prepare for future games
- Create and prepare graphics/video content with experience using Photoshop, Canva, Premiere, Lightroom, InDesign, etc.
- Assist in mascot/player appearances in the community and throughout the Metro
- Assist with the set up and the tear down of marketing tables in the community and throughout the Metro
- Assist the marketing team by discussing, preparing, and posting upcoming events/promotions
- Provide exceptional customer service
