Sponsorship Fulfillment Intern (For College Credit)
The Staten Island FerryHawks, members of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball and a Partner League of Major League Baseball, are seeking a task-oriented, hardworking, and outgoing individual to join the organization as a Sponsorship Fulfillment Intern. This is an unpaid, for-credit internship, and proof of academic credit eligibility is required.
The Staten Island FerryHawks, members of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball and a Partner League of Major League Baseball, are seeking a task-oriented, hardworking, and outgoing individual to join the organization as a Sponsorship Fulfillment Intern. This is an unpaid, for-credit internship, and proof of academic credit eligibility is required.
This role supports the Partnerships and Sales teams by assisting with the execution, tracking, and fulfillment of sponsorship and hospitality elements, ensuring partners receive all contractual assets and a high-quality game-day experience at SIUH Community Park.
Responsibilities
- Assist with weekly reporting and tracking of sponsorship contracts.
- Track sponsorship elements to ensure all contractual assets are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing and promotional elements tied to partnership agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure sponsorship deliverables are executed properly.
- Provide on-site support during games and special events to ensure partner satisfaction.
- Support additional partnership and sales initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications / Skills
- Currently enrolled in a college or university and eligible to receive academic credit.
- Professional, outgoing demeanor with the ability to build rapport with partners and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel and Canvas are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet firm deadlines.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and FerryHawks home games.

- Location: In-person at SIUH Community Park, Staten Island, NY
- Compensation: Unpaid; academic credit required
