Summer 2026 Internship Application (Sports Agent & Scouting)

Sports Agent & Scouting Intern - Premier Athlete Agency is seeking driven, detail-oriented interns to join our agent team as we prepare for the upcoming 2026–2027 NFL season, 2027 NFL Draft and the 2027 Transfer Portal. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of athlete representation and sports business. 

What You Can Expect:

- Meaningful contributions to pre-draft preparation and client recruiting efforts

- Close mentorship and interaction with two NFLPA-certified agents and attorneys

- Exposure to the inner workings of a sports agency and the athlete representation process

- Direct collaboration with other interns and professionals within the agency

- A collaborative and team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:

- Write detailed player evaluations of 2027 NFL Draft prospects (experience with PFF Ultimate is preferred)

- Conduct research on NFL contract-market trends and salary cap dynamics

- Assist in developing recruiting strategies and personalized athlete outreach pitches

- Initiate and manage direct outreach to prospective clients, including student-athletes

- Support ongoing contract and NIL collective negotiations

- Track team depth charts, scheme fits, and coaching staff developments across the NFL

-Identify and research potential endorsement and marketing opportunities

Ideal Candidates:

- Have a strong interest in football scouting, sports business, or athlete representation

- Are self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently and on a team

- Possess excellent research, writing, and communication skills

- Familiarity with PFF Ultimate and a working knowledge of NFL player contract structures is a plus
