Internship Responsibilities
- Research competitors, facilities, and industry trends across North America.
- Analyze event, registration, and financial data to identify trends and measure performance.
- Help build and maintain dashboards and reports that give leadership a clear view of key business metrics.
- Support cross-functional projects across events, operations, partnerships, and finance.
- Develop recommendations on growth opportunities, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare research summaries and presentations for executive review.
- Leverage AI tools to automate data collection, cleaning, and analysis.
Requirements: College student, strong analytical and spreadsheet skills, passion for sports, excellent communication skills, self-motivated grinder with second-to-none work ethic.
