The O'Fallon Hoots will play their seventh season at CarShield Field in O'Fallon, MO, in 2027. CarShield Field serves as the home of our Prospect League team, the O'Fallon Hoots, our six-team in-house collegiate baseball league, and hosts local youth and high school tournaments, and a variety of special events throughout the year.
We are looking for the next superstars in facility operations for our Summer 2027 internship class! This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operation of a multi-use sports and entertainment facility, with exposure to stadium maintenance, event management, facility rentals, and food and beverage operations.

Here's What You'll Be Doing / Learning:
- Working Hoots games, in-house collegiate league games, youth and high school tournaments, facility rentals, and special events
- Assisting the Assistant General Manager and Director of Food and Beverage with day-to-day ballpark operations and keeping the facility in top shape
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, organized, and enjoyable environment for all fans, teams, and guests
- Assisting with stadium inventory management, supply purchasing, and inventory control
- Supporting the Director of Food and Beverage with stocking, organizing, and maintaining food and beverage inventory
- Assisting with food and beverage preparation and event setup, restocking supplies, and other operational tasks as needed
- Helping monitor inventory levels, organize storage areas, and prepare food and beverage areas for upcoming games and events
- Assisting with preventative maintenance and general upkeep of the facility
- Supporting the coordination and execution of ballpark rentals, including college baseball games, high school baseball games, soccer practices, and other facility uses
- Providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a “For the Fan” mindset at all times
