The Norfolk Admirals are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Ticket Operations & Sales team during the summer of 2025. This entry level internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the Archtics ticketing system and FEVO, while learning the fundamentals of ticket operations, sales, and game day operations.

- Ticketing System Expertise – Develop a strong foundational knowledge of Archtics and FEVO to assist with ticket sales, inventory management, and event setup.
- Ticket Inventory Management – Maintain an organized and up-to-date ticket inventory to ensure smooth sales and distribution.
- Sales & Strategy Collaboration – Work alongside the Director of Ticket Operations to create and execute innovative ticketing strategies.
- Mobile Ticketing & Troubleshooting – Gain a strong working knowledge of the mobile ticketing platform and assist fans in resolving ticket-related issues.
- Game Day Operations – Assist with ticket printing, will-call distribution, and troubleshooting customer needs at the box office.
- Client Support & Customer Service – Provide excellent service at the will-call window, via phone, and in person, ensuring fans have a seamless ticketing experience.
- CRM & Account Management – Maintain accurate client records in Monday CRM and update customer accounts as needed.
- Payment & Sales Processing – Assist with ticket sales, payment processing, and managing will-call pickup.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with Archtics ticketing system is a plus.
- Prior experience using FEVO is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot client issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Interest in sports business, ticket & event operations, and servicing
