Wisconsin Lutheran College, a NCAA Division III member of the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is accepting applications for a graduate assistant coaching position for the Men’s & Women’s Track & Field programs. This 24-month position will begin in Summer 2026.

Graduate programs available are Master of Science in Sport and Recreation Management, Master of Science in Professional Counseling, and Master of Arts in High Performance Instruction, Leadership and Innovation, and Special Education Leadership.

The successful candidate will assist the head coach in all aspects of the Track & Field program, including, but not limited to:

• Recruiting qualified student-athletes in all event areas

• Assisting in daily coaching and planning practices

• Facilitation of all home events

• Athletics building supervision

• Operating applications and computer programs for recruiting & social media.

• Candidate must have a commitment to upholding the academic and athletic mission of the College

• Other job related duties as assigned.

Preferred qualifications • multi events, jumps, or vault experience.

The compensation package includes a $18,000 stipend, daily meals, and affordable on-campus housing option. Bachelor’s degree required. All candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, self motivated and the ability to work independently. Admission into Wisconsin Lutheran College’s graduate program is required and selected candidate must successfully pass a background check.
