About the Y’alls Internship Program
The Florence Y’alls are seeking motivated and dedicated interns to help continue growing and elevating our brand. Internships are open to current college students and recent college graduates.
Interns are required to work all home games and regular non-game day office hours. The Y’alls aim to provide each intern with a valuable, hands-on learning experience while meeting all requirements set by their college or university. Interns will receive college credit where applicable. Interns must complete the internship in full to receive compensation.
Videography Intern
Timeline: April – September (End of Season)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Create video content to document the Y’alls season
- Capture game action footage of players during home games
- Film fan experience content including crowd shots, promotions, and ballpark atmosphere
- Produce video content for social media, digital marketing, and in-game use
- Capture footage of special events, theme nights, and community appearances
- Assist with player and coach interviews when needed
- Edit video content for various platforms (social, web, in-stadium, etc.)
- Organize, upload, and properly label video files on the team server
- Ensure all corporate sponsor and group video needs are met
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Fan Experience team to execute creative video concepts
