The Bloomington Bison are looking for energetic and motivated local college students for our 2025–26 Videography & Video Editing Internship Program. We aim to provide our interns with valuable hands-on experience in professional sports production while helping prepare them for future careers in videography, content creation, and digital media.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Capture high-quality video content at Bloomington Bison home games, practices, community events, and team functions
  • Assist in planning, filming, and editing engaging video content for the Bloomington Bison's social media platforms
  • Create cinematic highlight videos, player features, behind-the-scenes content, promotional videos, and other digital content
  • Assist with photography and other creative projects as needed
Skills and Requirements
  • Able to receive college credit for your internship
  • Must be able to work all home games and select community events
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to work effectively with little to no supervision
  • Must be able to troubleshoot and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Suite programs is preferred
  • Experience operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of camera settings, composition, lighting, and audio is preferred
  • A passion for sports, storytelling, and creating engaging digital content is highly encouraged

Please note: Interns are paid $50 for game day shifts, though office hours and community events are unpaid. This is not a remote opportunity. Applicants must be local to the Bloomington area during the season.
