What will I Do?
You will work for one of Utah's most recognizable sports + entertainment brands, with a great team, creating lasting memories for our guests and fans!
The Web & Digital Content Intern supports the marketing department by maintaining and updating digital content across MSE web properties, primarily the Salt Lake Bees and Megaplex Movie Theaters websites. Essential functions include content updates, graphic refreshes, simple page creation, copywriting, and ensuring brand consistency across digital platforms. The intern will champion the company's Mission and Vision and models the company Values.
The position will:
● Update and maintain website content including text, images, graphics, and promotional materials to keep information current and accurate.
● Create and publish simple web pages using CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) following existing templates and brand guidelines.
● Write clear, engaging copy for web pages, promotional content, and digital campaigns that aligns with each property's brand voice.
● Refresh graphics and visual elements on web properties to support current promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
● Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across Salt Lake Bees and Megaplex digital platforms.
● Apply basic UI/UX principles to optimize page layouts, user flow, and overall digital experience.
● Collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to gather content needs and implement updates in a timely manner.
● Assist with basic quality assurance to ensure links, images, and formatting display correctly across devices.
● Support web and app strategy initiatives by contributing ideas for content improvements and user engagement.
● Make minor visual updates using Adobe Photoshop or similar design tools within existing brand templates.
● Assist with basic HTML edits as needed to support content updates and page functionality.
● Other duties as assigned.
What are the requirements of the Job?

● Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Web Development, or a related field.
● 0–2 years of related experience (internships, student projects, or coursework accepted).
● Experience using a CMS platform (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar).
● Strong attention to detail and a good eye for design, layout, and visual hierarchy.
● Strong written communication skills with the ability to write clear, engaging web copy.
● Comfortable working with structured content and following brand guidelines.
● Basic understanding of UI/UX principles including usability, accessibility, and user flow.
● Bonus: Basic experience with Adobe Photoshop or other design software for simple graphic updates.
● Bonus: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for minor content edits.
● Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple content update requests across different properties.
● Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
What is the wage?
The wage is $17.00/hour.
Is this part-time or full-time?This is a Part-time (8-12 hours/week) Internship with flexible scheduling, typically one day per week, lasting up to one year or less.
