Banana Ball - Summer 2026 Internships

Our amazing interns are a massive part of why the Bananas organization is able to do what we do.

Throughout the course of an internship with the Bananas, you’ll learn the ins and outs of your department and how all of our departments work together to create the most Fans First experience in the world.

As a Bananas intern, you’ll be an integral part of our operation taking ownership of projects and be encouraged to bring your ideas to life! In all internship roles, you will have the opportunity to impact Bananas fans from across the globe through your job responsibilities and activities.

All Bananas internships are in person in Savannah, GA. While interns will receive a small monthly stipend to help with expenses, interns are responsible for their own housing and travel accommodations.

Internship Application Process

APPLYING FOR AN INTERNSHIP WITH Fans first entertainment CONSISTS OF 3 PHASES!

AFTER EACH PHASE, A SELECT NUMBER OF CANDIDATES WILL MOVE INTO THE NEXT PHASE.

PHASE 1: INTROS
January 5 to January 23, 2026
We’ll connect on why you’re interested in interning with the Bananas and which roles you’d like to learn more about.

PHASE 2: CULTURE
January 27 to February 11, 2026
We’ll dive deeper into the Fans First Way (our core values) to see how you might add to our culture.

PHASE 3: SKILLS
February 23 to March 10, 2026
We’ll walk you through the specific skills needed for the internship you’re best fit for and explore your aptitude for the role.

May 12-August 9, 2026

*For summer interns, option to extend internship into the Fall 2026 internship season will be discussed in July 2026, if mutually desired.

Game Presentation
You'll thrive in this role if you love to flex your creative muscles, and enjoy seeing a project through start to finish. 

In-Game Promotions
You'll thrive in this tole if you are exceptionally organize, bring non-stop enthusiasm to whatever you do, and can keep a smile on your face for 5 hours straight because you're Always on Stage!

Logistics
You'll thrive in this position if you aren't afraid to work w/ your hands and are energized by executing efficient processes!

Merchandise & Retail Experience
You'll thrive in this role if you're exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and are always looking for the next thing to complete!

Media Relations
You'll thrive in this position if you love hospitality and pride yourself on maintaining the highest standards of excellence!

People Operations
You'll thrive in this position if you love interacting with people and have a keen eye for detail and processes.

Photography
