Austin FC is actively seeking an intern to join the Business Strategy team. In this internship, you’ll gain valuable exposure by assisting in the collection, management, and analyzation of CRM data in addition to providing valuable insights to key stakeholders across multiple departments. This is an opportunity to contribute to Austin FC’s Business Strategy department as well as a great way to advance your career.
This position will be based in Austin, TX and the role will be in-person based out of Austin FC’s business office.

You Will:
· Learn about and produce ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed; and
· Support digital marketing efforts to deliver highly targeted, personalized, multi-channel contact strategies; and
· Work with our CRM, customer data warehouse, data marts and their ETL processes; and
· Assist in the researching of various technology vendors.
You Have:
· Some SQL experience
· Experience with a BI report and data visualization tool; Power BI is a plus
· Experience with a CRM application; Salesforce is a plus
· English and/or Spanish language proficiency is essential and Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus. Additional languages – even better
