The Role
The Development Intern will support the implementation of the CEV development strategy, contribute to the coordination of ongoing projects, and assist in the creation of engaging educational and development-related content and activities. Your role includes:
• Support the coordination and implementation of various development projects
• Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, workshops and events
• Assist with communication and coordination with National Federations and partners involved in CEV development activities
• Assist in the organisation and development of educational materials for the CEV Campus (LMS)
• Contribute ideas and creative input for ongoing and future development initiatives
• Support the Development Department in grassroots investment and programme operations
• Monitor project-related data and analytics and assist with reporting
• Assist with content creation and innovative approaches to engage younger generations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree (Sports Management, Sports Science and Communication, or related fields would be a plus)
• Up to 1 year of experience in the sport sector, project management, communication, events or related areas
• Basic understanding of LMS/CMS platforms is considered an asset
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite; knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) would be a plus
• Knowledge and/or experience in volleyball is considered a strong asset
• Interest in international sport development and grassroots initiatives.
Languages
• English proficiency in both speaking and writing. Any other European language is a plus.
