Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

We are seeking an Intern to support our Golf Event Operations team, working on Golf events in South Korea.

  • Work closely with respective Event Director, Event Manager, and operations team to successfully carry out the event assigned;
  • Assist in sourcing, negotiating and managing event suppliers within a given budget;
  • Assist in tournament operation from F&B, hotel accomodation and technical & competition staging functions during the event;
  • Manage event ticketing systems and logistics
  • Assist in the production of all event collateral – posters, presentations, tickets, program book, etc. – especially in proofing and reviewing with attention to details;
  • Assist in creation of all event-related documentations and reports, from proposals to post event reports;
  • Create agendas and minutes for various meetings
  • General administrative duties and other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities

  • Must be a team player
  • Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring quality and consistent output
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude and work independently with little guidance in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadline and remain calm under pressure

This role is based at IMG Korea office, Seoul.
