Full-Time Multi-Media/Press Box Summer Internship
The Hudson Valley Renegades are looking an energetic, creative, and detail-oriented Multi-Media/Press Box intern to join our front office team for the 2026 season in our Video Production Department. This internship offers hands-on experience with content capturing, video editing, creating still and motion graphics, as well as press box management and organization.
An internship with the Hudson Valley Renegades provides an opportunity to see behind the curtain of what it takes to operate a renowned Minor League Baseball operation. The knowledge and experience you will gain here will help you grow in your professional career, whether that is in Sports or elsewhere. As a Full-Time Summer Intern, you will assist in the execution of the Renegades’ 32nd season, 6th as the High-A Affiliate of the New York Yankees.
The Full-Time Multi-Media Intern will work closely with Manager of Video Production to craft compelling and effective video and communication for use in social media, game presentation, and broadcast.
Video Production & Media:
· Assist in filming, editing, and producing content for in-game videoboard, social media and
promotional campaigns.
· Capture highlights, fan reactions, ballpark atmosphere and any other footage required during
games and events.
· Collaborate with marketing and entertainment teams to develop engaging visual content.
· Assist in managing video archives and maintaining organized digital assets
. Assist in press box set up prior to games
. Manages press box staff to ensure smooth execution of sponsored elements and game
presentation
Qualifications:
· Experience with Adobe Premiere required
· Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects preferred
· Recent College graduate or someone looking to break into the baseball industry
· Excellent written & verbal communication skills
· Strong time management & organizational skills
· Ability to work well with a team and in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent customer service skills & ability to build rapport with fans
· Focused on personal & professional growth
· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends & holidays
· Must reside near the Hudson Valley, be able to commute and/or be willing to relocate
Compensation:
· Monthly Stipend provided
· Hourly pay for gamedays during the season.
