Job Title: Jr. Sales Associate Intern

Class: Internship

Timeline:  Summer 2026

Reports to: Sales Development Manager

Location: Milwaukee, WI – Onsite

This position will be part of our 2026 Summer Internship program. Our program will take place June 1st through August 7th and is available to rising Junior and Senior college or university students.

Summary:

We are searching for driven, positive, passionate, and highly energetic students to join our historical and evolving brand for the summer. With a proven track record of industry success among our current ticket sales and service leadership team, the role of the Jr. Sales Associate will benefit from professional networking, one-on-ones, resume building, and prep for post-graduation. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for selling basketball full season, partial season ticket plans and group ticket packages/deposits
  • Additional opportunities to sell packages for concert/events at Fiserv Forum
  • Meet or exceed 100 outbound sales calls per day through assigned leads and campaigns
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals/appointments set
  • Maintain computerized records of all-season ticket customers and prospects with our Engage RM system
  • Assist with select-a-seat events and all sales/service events
  • Assist with customer service efforts 
  • Attend weekly and monthly training and role-playing development with the Sales Development Manager and Leadership team
  • Provide excellent customer service and positively reflect the Milwaukee Bucks brand
  • Perform all other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university and must be an upcoming junior or senior as of Summer 2026
  • Interpersonal skills – ability to maintain confidentiality, listens to others, and willingness to try new ideas
  • Available and able to work in a non-traditional work environment with dynamic hours: nights, holidays, weekends, all sales events + Fiserv Forum Events/Concerts
  • Excellent communication skills including written and verbal; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
  • Positive attitude, openness to learning, work ethic, coachable and possess leadership traits
