The Minot Minotauros of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are looking to add one intern to our front office. The right candidates will be looking to develop their social media, broadcast and graphic design skills while contributing to a collaborative team environment and working within current branding guidelines.
The Media and Operations Intern will have the opportunity to work with the current staff on varying projects such as our social media outlets and our game broadcasts. The ideal candidate will be interested in working both in front of and behind the camera. The intern will also assist with some game operations.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be recently graduated from college or have experience in a related field. This position is open to in person candidates only.
What the Intern can Expect from the Minotauros
The Minotauros will work with the intern to develop their skills with products such as Adobe Creative Cloud, working within established branding guides (both our own and our partners), and creating advertising inventory through media production. The Media and Operations Intern will assist with each of our media outlets by creating graphics and videos using the Adobe Creative Suite. Our Media team is collaborative in nature and the intern will be given the opportunity to seek the projects that will help them achieve their ultimate career goals. Interns should expect to be treated as valued members of the team and encouraged to share opinions and ideas openly.
This is an unpaid internship, with housing provided by the Minotauros. This position will run until the end of the 2026/27 season.
