Company Description: First Tee — Central Florida is a nonprofit youth development organization that uses golf to teach life skills and core values to young people. Through after-school and in-school programs, the organization introduces youth from diverse backgrounds to golf while reinforcing values such as integrity, respect, perseverance, honesty, and responsibility. Participants learn to take ownership of their actions, similar to how golfers call penalties on themselves and keep their own score. Research-proven programs show a positive impact on participants, their families, and their communities, making First Tee — Central Florida a meaningful place to contribute to youth development.
