What You Will Be Doing:

Join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in customer engagement and program support! As a Player Promotions Intern, you’ll assist the Collegiate Purchase Program and Tour Services teams with daily operations - responding to inquiries, documenting interactions, and helping resolve routine issues. You’ll learn our products and programs, collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction, and provide essential administrative support. This role is perfect for someone eager to develop communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills in a fast-paced, professional environment.

What You Bring:

• Must be enrolled full-time in a 2- or 4-year academic program
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computers and common software applications preferred
• Familiarity with golf and knowledge of Titleist and FootJoy products and brand history is a plus
• Golf background (played high school or collegiate golf) strongly preferred
• Interest in customer service and ability to communicate professionally

Location:

• Fairhaven, MA Onsite, 5 days
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
• Must be available onsite for the duration of the position (June-August)

Pay Range: $22-$24/hr
