Women's Basketball Graduate Assistant for Creative Content

Xavier University Athletics is a member of the BIG EAST Conference. The women's basketball program is looking to hire a Graduate Assistant for Creative Content ahead of the 2026-27 academic year.

The Graduate Assistant for Creative Content will manage the digital content strategy for the women's basketball program. The Graduate Assistant for Creative Content will create graphics, capture photo/video assets and generate content on the team's social media channels.

This position will work closely with the Assistant Director of Creative Content (MBB) and the Director of Athletic Communications (WBB).

Start Date:  The selected candidate would ideally start by the end of June.

Compensation: Graduate tuition remission, stipend, housing and a meal plan.

Applicants with a strong background in Adobe Creative Suite and experience with camera equipment will be given top preference.

• Bachelor's degree
• Acceptance into a Xavier University graduate school program
• Experience with graphic design, photography, social media and videography
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro preferred)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and travel (required) for games
• Adhere to NCAA and Xavier University rules and regulations
