Quaker Internship Program Mission Statement

Our Quaker Interns help further Penn’s strategic goals and objectives, while in return our interns leave with a new and unique perspective on the industry they are actively pursuing. All applicants must be eligible to receive academic credit.
Internship Description
This role will support the day-to-day operations of Campus Recreation, with a focus on membership services, facility operations, and user experience. The intern will assist with membership services, including customer experience, data tracking, and front desk operations, while also supporting facility operations through audits, cleanliness standards, and space utilization tracking. Additional responsibilities will include assisting with marketing and outreach efforts, including promotions, digital content, and engagement initiatives, as well as supporting operational projects focused on participation growth, user experience, and service. The intern will be expected to work approximately 20 hours per week.
