Quaker Internship Program Mission Statement
The Quaker Internship Program serves to provide the next generation of industry leaders with hands-on exposure to the inner workings of collegiate athletics and recreation. Our Quaker Interns help further Penn’s strategic goals and objectives, while in return our interns leave with a new and unique perspective on the industry they are actively pursuing. All applicants must be eligible to receive academic credit.
Internship Description
The Career Success Intern will work with the Athletic Director's administrative staff to develop and coordinate career-focused social media content, including summer internship and permanent employment placements and opportunities. This role will collaborate with teams to highlight career pathways, team culture, and employment opportunities while helping create engaging content for social channels. The position will require approximately 10 hours per week and will be conducted remotely.
Internship Qualifications
• Previous experience in graphic design or related field.
• Proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva,
or similar tools.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong creative skills and attention to detail.
