The Quaker Internship Program serves to provide the next generation of industry leaders with hands-on exposure to the inner workings of collegiate athletics and recreation. Our Quaker Interns help further Penn’s strategic goals and objectives, while in return our interns leave with a new and unique perspective on the industry they are actively pursuing. All applicants must be eligible to receive academic credit.

Internship Description
The Football Social Media/Graphic Design Intern will work with the football recruiting office 25–30 hours per week to create engaging content for social media and top prospects. Responsibilities include updating and implementing the recruiting communication schedule; creating recruiting content utilizing Adobe Photoshop and/or other graphic design programs; maintaining the football program’s social media presence, reaching more than 40,000 unique followers across Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook; assisting with the comprehensive logistics and marketing surrounding the planning of team operations and events; and assisting with the planning, logistics, and marketing surrounding summer camps and unofficial recruiting visits.

Internship Qualifications
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or an equivalent graphic design program required.
• Experience with Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook preferred.
• Creative thinker with strong content development skills.
• Self-starter who can create engaging graphics and social content.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
