Quaker Internship Program Mission Statement
The Quaker Internship Program serves to provide the next generation of industry leaders with hands-on exposure to the inner workings of collegiate athletics and recreation. Our Quaker Interns help further Penn’s strategic goals and objectives, while in return our interns leave with a new and unique perspective on the industry they are actively pursuing. All applicants must be eligible to receive academic credit.

Internship Description
The Penn Football Video & Photo Intern will gain significant exposure to the unique Ivy League process and the daily operation of an FCS football program. Duties will include filming practices and games and handling the associated equipment. The intern will primarily assist the Video Coordinator with the upload and intercut of practice and game film, as well as aiding with weekly team hype videos and setting up Gamestrat (sideline iPads). The intern will also assist with on-campus recruiting photoshoots. Other tasks and projects will be assigned throughout the course of the internship. The intern will be expected to work approximately 20–30 hours per week, and flexible hours will be required to accommodate practices, games, recruiting activities, and other team needs.

Internship Qualifications
•Previous experience in collegiate or professional athletic environment is preferred
•Knowledge of creative video content and Adobe suite
•Ability to manage time and work with strict deadlines
•Basic understanding of football is preferred
•Ability to stay focused and work independently
