Minnesota Aurora FC is a community-owned women’s soccer team based in the Twin Cities, with over 5,000 community owners across all 50 states and 19 countries. The team plays in the pre-professional USL W League, featuring the best amateur and aspiring professional players from Minnesota and around the globe. The club is operated by a women-led front office and coaching staff.

Interns are expected to fully participate in the organization as required of all staff in preparation for and during the season.
This internship is part of the Minnesota Aurora FC program, designed to create opportunities for people historically underrepresented in sports to develop professionally through hands-on, meaningful work experience that directly supports the growth and development of the club.

Goal / Intended Outcome:
Support the Game Day Manager so all elements of producing an Aurora FC game across all departments are planned, prepared, executed, and assessed. The goal is a seamless fan experience and smooth coordination of all production elements.
Tasks:
Note: This position requires in-office work at least one business day prior to each game for preparation and in-person attendance at all games from setup to teardown.
