Our Quaker Interns help further Penn’s strategic goals and objectives, while in return our interns leave with a new and unique perspective on the industry they are actively pursuing. All applicants must be eligible to receive academic credit.
Internship Description
As the Hospitality & Operations Intern, you will help oversee and manage T-House staff throughout the week, assist with staff scheduling and product inventory, and support hospitality operations at athletic events. This position requires approximately 15–20 hours per week.
Internship Qualifications
• Interest in athletic events, hospitality, and creating a positive experience for guests, student-athletes, and staff.
• Flexible schedule with availability during weekdays and weekends to support T-House operations and athletic events.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with changing schedules and event needs
