Program Details & Commitment

  • Schedule: Full-time summer commitment, including standard business hours, nights, weekends, and all home games.

HOSPITALITY & FOOD AND BEVERAGE OPERATIONS INTERN
Help deliver the experience our groups, corporate outings, and premium guests remember long after the final out. This position provides hands-on leadership experience in hospitality, food and beverage operations, staff management, and event execution.
 
What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate food-service operations for Dock Spiders games and other events held at the stadium.
  • Help manage hospitality spaces including group decks, picnic areas, patio tables, and suites.
  • Serve as a point of contact for groups and outings to help ensure outstanding guest experiences.
  • Assist with food and beverage inventory and vendor relationships.
  • Help lead and supervise concessions game-day staff alongside the Operations Manager.
  • Oversee setup, presentation, organization, and cleanup of hospitality and concessions areas.
  • Assist with operational planning for baseball and non-baseball stadium events.
  • Troubleshoot guest and operational needs in a fast-paced live-event environment.
  • Previous food and beverage or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
