Quaker Internship Program Mission Statement
The Quaker Internship Program serves to provide the next generation of industry leaders with hands-on exposure to the inner workings of collegiate athletics and recreation. Our Quaker Interns help further Penn’s strategic goals and objectives, while in return our interns leave with a new and unique perspective on the industry they are actively pursuing. All applicants must be eligible to receive academic credit.

Internship Description
The Marketing & Game Production Intern will assist in several duties relating to marketing of Penn Athletics and its teams, including developing new promotional initiatives, strategizing for fall and winter sport seasons, creating video board content, and supporting game-day marketing and production operations. The intern will also aid in on-campus marketing plans, manage special projects and events for the Penn Rewards program, assist with the fulfillment of sponsor contracts related to assigned sports, coordinate fan engagement activities, and support social media and digital content creation. This position requires approximately 15–20 hours per week.

Internship Qualifications
• Interest in event planning, marketing, operations, or advertising
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Flexible hours
• Knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe suites is preferred
