Join the two-time Northwoods League Champion Fond du Lac Dock Spiders for an immersive, hands-on summer internship. Located between Green Bay and Milwaukee, the Dock Spiders offer a fast-paced environment where you won't just watch from the sidelines—you'll help make the season happen.

Program Details & Commitment

MASCOT & FAN ENGAGEMENT INTERN
Bring Weaver to life! This unique position combines mascot performance, fan engagement, promotions, marketing, and community outreach. You’ll become one of the most recognizable faces—or spiders—of the Dock Spiders organization.
What You’ll Do
- Perform as Weaver, the official mascot of the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders, at home games and community appearances.
- Create memorable interactions with children, families, and fans throughout the season.
- Assist with on-field promotions, pregame activities ,and game-day entertainment.
- Help coordinate community organizations and vendors participating in theme nights and special events.
- Manage select fan-engagement programs, including the prize wheel and in-season jersey auctions.
- Contribute ideas and information to game-day scripts and production outlines.
- Collaborate with marketing, social media, photography, promotions, graphic design, and video staff to create engaging content.
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and ballpark operations.
