Minnesota Aurora FC is a community-owned women’s soccer team based in the Twin Cities, with over 5,000 community owners across all 50 states and 19 countries. The team plays in the pre-professional USL W League, featuring top amateur and aspiring professional players from Minnesota and around the globe. The club is operated by a women-led front office and coaching staff.

This role is entirely matchday-focused and ideal for someone who wants to be deeply involved in the behind-the-scenes execution of live events.
As a Partnerships Activation Coordinator, you will assist with a wide range of partnership-related responsibilities leading up to matches and on matchday. Tasks may vary significantly and shift quickly based on real-time needs, requiring flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to step in wherever support is needed.
