The Quaker Internship Program serves to provide the next generation of industry leaders with hands-on exposure to the inner workings of collegiate athletics and recreation. Our Quaker Interns help further Penn’s strategic goals and objectives, while in return our interns leave with a new and unique perspective on the industry they are actively pursuing. All applicants must be eligible to receive academic credit.

Internship Description
The Recruiting Analyst Intern will support Penn Athletics’ recruiting efforts by maintaining and analyzing recruiting and roster data, tracking prospects and priorities, developing reports, identifying trends and roster needs, and supporting recruiting strategies and special projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, attention to detail, and an interest in college athletics and recruiting. The intern will be expected to work approximately 15–20 hours per week, with an opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement based on departmental needs and responsibilities.
