Position Overview:
The Stadium Operations Intern will support the Wind Surge Stadium Operations department throughout the season. The position will include both game day and non-game day event duties. The ideal candidate is a strong, energetic communicator with the ability to work in a team environment, have an eagerness to learn, and possess the flexibility to adapt to what each day brings with a positive attitude.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the ballpark, ensuring all areas are prepared for game days and events
  • Support the setup and breakdown of game-day operations, including seating, concessions, and signage
  • Help coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure facilities are clean, safe, and operational
  • Assist in managing game-day logistics, including crowd control, event coordination, and staff support
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient stadium experience for fans and staff
  • Gain exposure to stadium safety protocols, guest services, and operational management
  • Other duties as assigned

 Minimum Qualifications:
  • Current student or recent graduate a plus
  • Knowledge of baseball a plus
  • Strong time management, communication, and organization skills
  • Ability to supply excellent customer service to all clients and fans
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Detail oriented and comfortable with sales
  • Familiarity with a ticketing system preferred
  • Problem solving and conflict management skills
  • Positive attitude
