Position Overview:
The Stadium Operations Intern will support the Wind Surge Stadium Operations department throughout the season. The position will include both game day and non-game day event duties. The ideal candidate is a strong, energetic communicator with the ability to work in a team environment, have an eagerness to learn, and possess the flexibility to adapt to what each day brings with a positive attitude.

The Stadium Operations Intern will support the Wind Surge Stadium Operations department throughout the season. The position will include both game day and non-game day event duties. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the ballpark, ensuring all areas are prepared for game days and events
- Support the setup and breakdown of game-day operations, including seating, concessions, and signage
- Help coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure facilities are clean, safe, and operational
- Assist in managing game-day logistics, including crowd control, event coordination, and staff support
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient stadium experience for fans and staff
- Gain exposure to stadium safety protocols, guest services, and operational management
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current student or recent graduate a plus
- Knowledge of baseball a plus
- Strong time management, communication, and organization skills
- Ability to supply excellent customer service to all clients and fans
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented and comfortable with sales
- Familiarity with a ticketing system preferred
- Problem solving and conflict management skills
- Positive attitude
