The Quaker Internship Program serves to provide the next generation of industry leaders with hands-on exposure to the inner workings of collegiate athletics and recreation. Our Quaker Interns help further Penn’s strategic goals and objectives, while in return our interns leave with a new and unique perspective on the industry they are actively pursuing. All applicants must be eligible to receive academic credit.
Internship Description
The Ticket Office Intern responsibilities will include working 5–10 hours per week, answering
inbound phone calls and emails to assist fans with ticket inquiries and purchases, executing
both email and phone sales campaigns to drive revenue, and gathering potential group sales
leads for Penn’s ticketed sports. In addition, the Ticket Office Intern will provide essential
gameday support, helping to ensure a smooth and positive experience for fans and staff across
all ticketed athletic events.

Professional, communicative, and excellent time management skills
• Flexible schedule, ability to work some nights or weekends
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Previous work in customer-facing role is preferred
