The Quaker Internship Program serves to provide the next generation of industry leaders with
hands-on exposure to the inner workings of collegiate athletics and recreation. Our Quaker
Interns help further Penn’s strategic goals and objectives, while in return our interns leave with
a new and unique perspective on the industry they are actively pursuing. All applicants must be
eligible to receive academic credit.
Internship Description
As the Women's Tennis Operations Intern, you will support the head coach with daily
administrative tasks, practice planning, and facility logistics. You will assist with team travel
preparation, equipment inventory, court scheduling, and coordination with visiting teams. The
role will also include maintaining up-to-date player files, tracking compliance documentation,
and recording team statistics. Additionally, you will assist with special projects, including
events, alumni outreach, and recruiting database management. This is a hybrid position
requiring approximately 5–10 hours per week.
