THE ROLE
The Brand Experience role supports the delivery of exceptional public and high-profile private activations at the AT&T Discovery District. Focused on a blend of storytelling, onsite guest interaction, and strategic event coordination, this role strengthens our brand presence while supporting Brand Experience Manager.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Capture photo and video content to highlight branded experiences.
Support visual storytelling through event documentation aligned with client and brand goals.
Assist with guest surveys and post-event communications using a Legends email account.
Provide guest support and directional assistance during activations.
Attend BEO meetings to understand event details and run-of-show logistics.
Submit content and metrics to Brand Experience Manager and Sales teams through shared inbox.
Assist in building guest-facing graphics when no client asset is available (billable service).


QUALIFICATIONS
Interest in hospitality, event operations, marketing, or visual storytelling.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred.
Strong interpersonal communication and customer service orientation.
Ability to work flexible, event-based hours (including nights and weekends).
Comfort with outdoor conditions and prolonged standing during activations.


DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Attend BEO meetings and learn the full lifecycle of event execution.
Collaborate with the Brand Experience Manager, Marketing, and Sales teams.
Hands-on experience in event logistics, visual storytelling, and client support.
Potential transition into seasonal or part-time Brand Assistant based on performance.
