Arizona Diamondbacks Game & Event Presentation 2026 Internship 

The Arizona Diamondbacks are currently recruiting for their 2026 Internship program. You must be passionate and motivated to pursue a career in the sports industry and must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays.  Internships start in January 2026, and you must be able to work in person at Chase Field through the 2026 season. 

Internship Eligibility Requirements:Must be a junior, senior, postgraduate student, or within a year post-graduation with preferred majors of Sports Business, Theater/ Stage Production, Marketing, Broadcasting, or related field, pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university. (If you do not meet the internship requirements, please do not apply). 

Primary Duties:

  • Support and collaborate with the Game Production and Presentation department in the planning and execution of all Arizona Diamondbacks home games, select Arizona Diamondbacks Events & Entertainment (ADEE) events, and a variety of organizational and team-related initiatives across the Arizona community.
  • Support entertainment teams such as the Rally-backs, Legends Racers, Golden Glovers, DJs, Hosts, PA, Organist and Production Team during auditions, rehearsals and live events.
  • Preparing, proofreading, and organizing production scripts and talent copy.
  • Securing all necessary in-game and live production elements (e.g., props, prizes, talent, etc.)
  • Distributing run of shows, timelines and logistical materials (ticket requests, parking passes, credentials)
  • Serving as stage manager or mascot handler for designated games, events, and community appearances.
  • Assist in providing support for all pregame assets including the National Anthem program and Color Guards while maintaining relationships with performers and game-by-game needs.
  • Support the Mascot and work within the Game Presentation department for: skits, in-game activations, on-field games, sponsorship requirements, autograph sessions, and other in-game needs as determined.
  • Contributing creatively to theme nights and special promotions across organizational and team platforms.
  • Assist in the maintenance, upkeep, and inventory of game presentation costumes, props and storage areas.
  • Gain Control Room familiarity including Ross Xpression, DAK Show Control, Dream Catcher replay and ROSS Kiva; learn how to prepare the Control Room for game-nights.

 Qualifications:

  • Ability to work individually or in a group environment and outstanding leadership skills.
  • Must be able to effectively take direction.

 Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent education
  • Available to work the majority of 2026 D-backs home games including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to comfortably lift 50lbs.
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
