Agronomy:
Our Agronomy team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the presentation of our world renowned golf course. Train under industry-leading professionals, developing turf management skills and knowledge while caring for Augusta National’s iconic grounds.
Business Affairs:
With opportunities in digital technology and content, marketing and communications and broadcast and partnerships, interns work directly on efforts to steward the Masters brand and deliver the Tournament to audiences and Masters fans all over the world.
Community Impact:
Contributing to the Augusta community is an integral part of our organization’s mission. The Community Impact intern helps identify and develop opportunities that encourage community engagement in our organization and create a lasting impact in the Augusta area.
Culinary:
Our culinary internships provide the opportunity to work with industry-leading chefs and gain hands-on experience in a wide range of cuisines and service styles. Elevate your skills and work with cutting-edge equipment while supporting year-round Club operations, special events and premier hospitality during the Masters Tournament.
Horticulture:
Originally a nursery, the grounds of Augusta National Golf Club are home to a variety of blooms and ornamentals recognized around the world. We offer internships on our expert Horticulture team learning unparalleled skills and innovative techniques in plant heath care, landscape development and maintenance.
Hospitality:
This internship offers hands-on experience through rotations in areas like fine dining, member relations, front office operations, beverage service, housekeeping, and special event coordination.
Human Resources:
Human Resources supports Augusta National Golf Club’s greatest asset – our employees. Interns work closely with our Talent Acquisition team, attracting and developing top talent from across the nation and supporting the Club and Tournament employee experience.
Information Technology:
As members of our IT support team, interns receive on-the-job training maintaining our technology infrastructure while learning about cybersecurity, network and systems administration efforts across the organization and during the Masters Tournament.
Masters Tournament Operations:
Our Tournament team is responsible for the administration of one of the world’s premier sporting events. Tournament interns work alongside our team to coordinate with various stakeholders to make the Masters an experience unlike any other.
Merchandise:
Working alongside our industry-leading Merchandise team, this internship offers the opportunity to learn best practices for creating a world-class merchandising experience and tangible memories to last our patrons a lifetime.
