Job Summary: Term: September 2025 – October 2026 Responsible for assisting with memorabilia collections, player signings, game-day sales and tracking inventory at the in-stadium Reds Authentics store. Employees are expected to follow all Cincinnati Reds policies and procedures, serve as positive role models, and manage their workload effectively. This includes demonstrating flexibility, prioritizing tasks efficiently, and meeting departmental productivity standards.
Minimum Requirements:

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities: Duty | % of Time | Assist Club Authentics Director & Manager in planning authentic game used memorabilia collections and planning of autograph signings | 10% | Work with memorabilia collectors to fulfill their requests and maintain strong relationships | 15% | Develop marketing collateral and support for authentic memorabilia | 10% | Assist in the management of all inventory related to game used and autographed memorabilia, including the game-day store, online auctions, and corporate sales | 15% | Assist in the management of the Authentics game-day store for all home games | 15% | Accounting/Finance responsibilities include tracking and assisting with daily sales/receipts and month end invoicing/inventory | 5% | Sales responsibilities involve direct and retail sales | 15% | During the season, on non-game-days, intern will work on creating and promoting new auctions, fulfilling customer requests and creating new marketing initiatives to promote and generate sales | 15% |
Reporting Structure: This role reports directly to the Authentics Director

- Use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear
- Light lifting/carrying to assist with event preparation
- May be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time
- Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
Physical Requirements: - The ideal candidate must be available to work Reds home games during nights, days, weekends and holidays throughout the 2025-26 baseball season
- Must be committed to work all Reds home games but full season availability is ideal
- Flexible to work around school schedules
- This is a seasonal opportunity and no benefits will be provided
- This position is paid at minimum wage according to state law
