BSE Globalโ€™s (Brooklyn Nets, New York Liberty, Long Island Nets, Barclays Center, Brooklyn Wine Club, BKMAG, and Type.Set.Brooklyn) Fall and Spring Internship Program is an excellent learning environment for college seniors, grad students, and recent grads seeking hands-on experience within the sports and entertainment industry.

SUMMARY: 

The Seasonal Internship is a part-time, paid program that begins October 8th, 2025 to May 14th, 2026. Start and end dates can be flexible depending on your academic calendar.

The program is located at our Industry City Corporate Headquarters in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Fall and Spring Interns are expected to work about 20-40 hours per week with some days expected to be in office and other days remote or offsite.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Assist editors with organizing and logging raw footage, clips, and project assets
  • Support the post-production process by assembling rough cuts under supervision
  • Edit short-form videos for social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts)
  • Sync audio, add lower thirds, subtitles, and basic motion graphics when needed
  • Manage and maintain project file structures and naming conventions
  • Export and compress files for multiple platforms and formats
  • Source royalty-free music, sound effects, and stock visuals as needed
  • Stay on top of deadlines and communicate status updates to the production team
  • Provide creative input on story structure, pacing, and visual flow
  • Learn and apply brand style guides and tone of voice consistently across edits

WHO YOU ARE

  • Editing experience using Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite (please provide short reel)
  • Familiar with editing trends across multiple platforms
  • Team player with ability to take direction and also work independently
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Robust knowledge of current events, pop culture, music, and sports
  • Desire to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and dynamic environment

Please note potential special event responsibilities may include late nights and weekends.

Salary

$18/hour

Requirements:

  • This program is designed for college seniors, students engaged in graduate studies, or recent graduates
  • All interns must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
