Position Summary:

 The Chattanooga Red Wolves are offering a unique opportunity for ambitious coaches to gain hands-on experience in a professional soccer environment. This internship is designed for college students seeking academic credit or aspiring coaches looking to build their career in senior or professional soccer. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for coaching, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow within the game. Interns will actively support the first team staff in all aspects of training, match preparation, and operations.
Internship Term
  • Positions available immediately through November 30, 2025 (end of season)
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the coaching staff in planning and delivering training sessions, including leading warm-ups and supporting technical activities.
  • Help with the set-up and takedown of all training and matchday equipment to ensure sessions run efficiently.
  • Assist in basic video analysis, including filming, coding key moments, and contributing to team and opposition reports as directed.
  • Contribute to creating and managing coaching materials (session plans, reports, presentations).
  • Support other operational and coaching-related duties as assigned.

    – Undergraduate or graduate students eligible for college credit.
    – Coaches seeking professional development and experience at the senior level.
  • Availability of 20–25 hours per week, including mornings, some afternoons, evenings, and weekends as required by the team’s schedule.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
