Under the direction of the Digital Content Team, the Content Intern will support all phases of content planning, production and operations from August 2025 – May 2026 for both the Masters Tournament and Masters Tournament Foundation (MTF) events – including the Augusta National Women’s Amateur,
Asia-Pacific Amateur Championship, Latin America Amateur Championship, and Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals.
This position will be intimately involved in all aspects of planning and production of all digital content efforts, with the goal of engaging and growing audiences via web, social and third-party partnerships.
The ideal candidate possesses baseline content production abilities, is detail-oriented and is eager to learn.
Essential Functions of the Job
• Supports digital content planning, creation, production and distribution in collaboration with various Content & Operations teammates.
• Assists with the retrieval and manipulation of photo and video content, under the direction of Content Manager and Content Specialist.
• Assists on-site production shoots with various clients and vendors; accompanies outside groups while on-site.
• Liaises with third-party content production partners in lead-up to and during Tournament to support any needs or questions; Distributes Tournament-related materials.
• Assists with the credentialing process for all content personnel for the Masters Tournament, Augusta National Women’s Amateur and Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals.
• Supports all facets of logistical operations of the Content Center during the Masters Tournament, Augusta National Women’s Amateur and Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals.
• Takes notes in weekly and bi-weekly team and vendor meetings.

Skills/Knowledge/Attributes:
• Knowledge and understanding of content production and posting
• Knowledge of television, streaming services, and their respective users
• Knowledge of content management systems and social media publishing platforms
• Skilled with multimedia content production techniques, including photo, video and design
• Skilled with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and InDesign
• Innovative thinker with ability to efficiently solve problems
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to assess digital content performance
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Deep understanding of golf, Augusta National and the Masters Tournament
Relative Experience/Education:
• Currently enrolled or a recent graduate in an accredited college or university with junior or senior class standing in a Bachelors program, preferably in Business, Sports Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Film & Television Production
• Experience in sports information/administration, production, media relations, communications or journalism is preferred
Required License(s):
• Possess a valid driver’s license and/or successfully completes the Club’s internal motor vehicle training program
Projected Work Schedule: Normal work hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
