Good Karma Brand’s ESPN Madison is currently recruiting college students for the Spring 2026 Semester. This is a part-time in-person paid internship that will provide an excellent opportunity for students to learn more about sport marketing and media.

The ideal candidate will be an organized, self-starter who is interested in hands-on experience in the areas of new business development, promotional event marketing and sports content creation.

GKB is a media and marketing company with expertise in leveraging the power of national and local sports and news to build brands and connect with fans through audio, video, digital and events. ESPN Madison is a sports marketing entity with assets including 100.5 FM ESPN and premier local event. Expectations and responsibilities during the internship program include, but are not limited to:

• Take initiative to learn all aspects of the business, ideally becoming competent in marketing execution, the GKB partner acquisition process and GKB’s content creation strategies and best practices (on-air and online)
• Assist with event planning, set-up and execution and event breakdown
• Engage and interact with local partners and fans during events
• Adhere to GKB’s core values: Listen, Work Hard, Over Deliver, Follow Through, Teamwork and Be Honest
