Ticket Sales & Service, Paid, Professional Sports, Baseball
Group Ticket Sales Interns will work full-time with the Syracuse Mets Ticket Sales Staff during the 2026 baseball season. Interns will learn sales strategies, how to manage a ticket office, customer service & communication skills, and more.
Job Summary:
Work Ticket Office windows selling tickets to fans
Answer phones: Answering all fan questions, including tickets, promotions, operations, etc. & selling tickets
Prospect, Sell, Service, and Follow Up with potential clients and groups
Cold-calling potential clients
Must have excellent customer service and organization skills
Experience using ticket-sales platform preferred (i.e. tickets.com, Ticket Return, Glitnir)
Work all Syracuse Mets home games in addition to normal business hours & other events as assigned, including events outside Ticketing Department
Must be available to work full-time from May 2026 through September 2026, including nights, weekends & holidays (35 hours/week, overtime as necessary)
Rate of Pay: $16/hour
Can be used for college internship/Capstone Project credit
All other duties as assigned; may include, but are not limited to pulling tarp, community events, non-baseball stadium events and other non-sales related activities.
