Group Ticket Sales Interns will work full-time with the Syracuse Mets Ticket Sales Staff during the 2026 baseball season. Interns will learn sales strategies, how to manage a ticket office, customer service & communication skills, and more.
Job Summary:
- Work Ticket Office windows selling tickets to fans
- Answer phones: Answering all fan questions, including tickets, promotions, operations, etc. & selling tickets
- Prospect, Sell, Service, and Follow Up with potential clients and groups
- Cold-calling potential clients
- Must have excellent customer service and organization skills
- Experience using ticket-sales platform preferred (i.e. tickets.com, Ticket Return, Glitnir)
- Work all Syracuse Mets home games in addition to normal business hours & other events as assigned, including events outside Ticketing Department
- Must be available to work full-time from May 2026 through September 2026, including nights, weekends & holidays (35 hours/week, overtime as necessary)
- Rate of Pay: $16/hour
- Can be used for college internship/Capstone Project credit
- All other duties as assigned; may include, but are not limited to pulling tarp, community events, non-baseball stadium events and other non-sales related activities.
