Broadcast Intern
USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program and USA Hockey Arena seeks a Broadcast Intern to join our Communications Department. The intern hired for the position will need strong critical thinking skills in order to integrate into our team.  

Responsibilities may include:
• Hosting pre-game and intermission broadcast segments that may include highlights as well as other content. 
• Interviewing players and coaches.
• Assisting with media productions that may include interviews, broadcasts and podcasts.
• Providing play-by-play announcing for select non-NTDP events like youth nationals.
 Preferred Skills and Qualifications
• College student or recent graduate majoring in video production, broadcast, communications or sports management desired 
• Familiarity with hockey
• Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop)
• Familiarity with video editing and audio equipment
This is an unpaid internship with varied hours, but must be willing to work a majority of NTDP games (evenings and weekends). May be used for college credit. Must be local to Plymouth, MI.
