Number 10 Internship  

Through the Number 10 Internship, you’ll gain hands-on experience in what it takes to work within a futbol in one of the world’s most vibrant and global cities. The program offers structured mentoring, learning sessions, and opportunities to interact with employees across all departments, giving your insight into the diverse roles and operations within the club. This is more than an internship, it's a unique chance to grow your skills, build your networks and be part of a passionate team  

Inter Miami CF is looking for a creative and driven Digital Intern to assist in running multiple Inter Miami CF accounts. This person will work alongside the Digital team and will have the opportunity to learn how to run social media accounts on a professional level. Concluding this internship this person will know how to conceptualize, curate, and create content and posting calendars for social media platforms, cover live events in real-time, create content for club app and management of club website. This is a position will be a one-year seasonal paid internship.

 Essential Duties & Responsibilities:  

  Content Creation and Editing:  

  • Draft and Edit Copy: Assist in writing and editing engaging and on-brand copy for posts across all social media platforms (e.g Instagram. TikTok. X, Facebook, LinkedIn) 
  • Visual Asset Production: Edit and assemble short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels and Tiktok. This includes adding text, music, and effects.  
  • Trend Integration: Stay up to date with emerging social media tends, formats, and platforms features, and brainstorm ways to incorporate them into our content strategy.  

Content Capture and Management:

  • On-site Capture: Assist the social media team in capturing raw content at Matchdays, trainings, behind the scenes moments, team activities, and fan engagement opportunities.  
  • Asset Organization: Help organize, tag, and maintain the digital content library to ensure assets are easily accessible for the team.  
  • Post Scheduling: Support the team by scheduling and publishing prepared content using the social media management tool.

Requirements

  • Applicants should be recent graduates who completed their degree no more than six months prior to the application deadline or working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree with an emphasis in a related field. Fluent in social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook  
  • Familiarity with digital trends and technology, sports and popular culture. 
  • Skilled in content creation (reels, TikTok’s) 
  • Understanding of fútbol and fútbol culture  
  • Intern must be available to work part-time during the semester (10-25 hours per week). 
  • Intern must be available to work on weekends in person and remote for match and event coverage  
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects and timelines. 
  • Exceptional creative abilities; looking to push the envelope and develop and implement fresh ideas. 
  • Able to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings, within a team atmosphere.  
  • Academic credit strongly preferred.

Additional information: 

Start date: January 14th, 2026 

Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States for the full duration of the internship, without interruption. Candidates must not require sponsorship for a work visa from Inter Miami CF now or in the future to maintain their authorization to work in the U.S.
