Intern, Partnership Development Season 2026

Through the Number 10 Internship, you’ll gain hands-on experience in what it takes to work within a futbol club in one of the world’s most vibrant and global cities. From day one, you'll be involved in meaningful projects that impact the club and its community. The program offers structured mentoring, learning sessions, and opportunities to interact with employees across all departments, giving your insight into the diverse roles and operations within the club. This is more than an internship, it's a unique chance to grow your skills, build your networks and be part of a passionate team. 

Inter Miami CF is looking for a Partnership Development Intern to work on a wide range of projects and events related to Partnership Development. This individual will also be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of various projects and in the completion of special projects as delegated by the Partnership Development team. This position will be a seasonal Part-time paid internship.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Assist with prospecting and developing new business partnerships to accomplish team sales goals. 
• Assist Manager with composing and organizing sales presentations.  
• Assist with Matchday duties for all home games as delegated.  
• Support in the creation of reports or summaries of key findings from secondary and primary research. 
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate on business initiatives. 
• Responds to all staff and employment inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 
• Maintains the highest levels of confidentiality of sensitive information. 
• Performs organizational and special projects as assigned. 
• Assist Partnership Activation and Business Intelligence with special projects.  

Requirements

• Applicants must be current students pursuing a undergraduate or graduate degree in sports Management, related field, or recent graduates who completed their degree no more than six months prior to the application deadline. 
• Ability to professionally and confidently interact with members at all levels of the organization. 
• Exceptional reliability, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings, within a team atmosphere. 
• Passion for fútbol is a plus. 
• All applicants must pass a pre-employment background check.  

Additional Information:  

• Start date: January 14th , 2026 

 Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States for the full duration of the internship, without interruption. Candidates must not require sponsorship for a work visa from Inter Miami CF now or in the future to maintain their authorization to work in the U.S.
