The Miami HEAT is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Season Ticket Membership team! This position serves as a liaison between the organization and our Season Ticket Members, delivering an exceptional level of service while supporting various programs, events, and administrative tasks.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The following are examples of the various functions required. The job requirements are not limited to the items on this list.

  • Serve as a direct point of contact for Season Ticket Members to ensure the highest level of customer service.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of season ticket programs, events, and member experiences.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate member records in the departmentโ€™s database.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to member inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Support the season ticket renewal process, including outreach and follow-up communications.
  • Work game-day service areas to assist members and enhance their in-arena experience.
  • Contribute to the administration and fulfillment of the Season Ticket Member Rewards Program.

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems a plus.

 

Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and game days as required.
